2929 South Grand Avenue is the new location for Smith Midwest Real Estate in Carthage, Missouri. After having been at our previous location just west of the courthouse in downtown Carthage for nearly three years, Kip Smith, Owner and Broker, recently moved his firm, Smith Midwest Real Estate, to our 2929 South Grand Avenue location.

Located directly west of Carthage Ford and just north of the Ranch House Restaurant, the newly remodeled building features all the latest technology and resources. The lobby features a flat screen monitor displaying a slide show of in-house listings. The Conference Room allows for agents and clients to sit together and review all Ozark Gateway Area Realtors Multiple Listing Service Properties on a flat screen monitor mounted on the wall.

With nine agents, and four administrative staff members, Smith Midwest Real Estatehas closed more than $12,000,000 in 2008 and is ranked No. 7 of 186 members in the Ozark Gateway Area Realtors Association of Missouri. Along with this new location, Smith Midwest Real Estate has launched this new revised website which allows anyone using the internet to search all properties for sale in our area.
